Weapon Firing:
Weapons are fired in a sequence that lasts as long as the speed sequence value, this dictates the rate of fire. The damage per shot is calculated by dividing the Firepower by the speed sequence.
EG: TL C.25 has a Firepower of 1200 and a speed sequence of 20. This results in each shot hitting for 60 damage. This weapon fires twice per sequence (10100000) and the sequence lasts 20 seconds.
Damage is scaled depending upon the size of the target (Confirm this still works.)
